Hey, it’s the founder of Streams of Beauty here!

This is an organisation that aspires to encourage Christian women in their walk with the Lord. It started off as a blog page, where I often uploaded different things that were laid on my heart. Then, I went to Instagram and now Streams of Beauty has over 500 followers where posts are shared every so often. When Streams of Beauty was dropped in my heart, I never would have envisioned that it could reach so many people but God has been so kind.

It is a great privilege being able to share on Streams of Beauty and over the years it has become my little project that I enjoy sharing on. It’s a way to talk about my favourite topic - Jesus! My second favourite topics are dancing & good music, it’s a great way to make friends and makes everyone happy, but that’s a matter for another day. I should probably also mention that I’m an avid reader. I love books! My prayer is that as it continues to expand, this will be an organisation that blesses many people.

Over the years (and it has been years) in trying to get this company to launch successfully, I’ve found that despite the trials of life there is an assurance and an unshakeable certainty that no matter what comes our way, God is still good! Jesus is Lord of all and He cares so deeply about us. This is a bold step of obedience from someone who had constantly asked God to stay in the background (hey, sometimes the quiet life is nice) but when God says to do something there is always a purpose for it. A purpose that is greater than ourselves.

Despite wanting to stay in the background for so long, I often found myself being plunged into the foreground without even asking. God definitely does have a sense of humour! Often I find myself wanting and hoping that everyone can experience this beautiful love and receive this free gift of salvation. It’s amazing that we can go to the creator of the universe and talk to Him about everything. And more than that, He wants us to talk to Him about everything.
